Now let talk us about Microsoft office. As the name suggest Ms-office, So it helps you working in office. It is a Software Package in which different work done using different Software. The First Software of This Package is  Ms-Word-

Ms Word -

it is Used for Word Processing Task such as Letter Designing, Letter Drafting, Mail Merge etc. By using the Ms-word we can make many Professional Output as well, Like- Bio Data, Notice, Letter Head, Envelop, I Card, Greeting Card, Poster, Visiting Card, CD Case, Invoice or Bill Format, Book Cover, Project Report, Gift Label, Invitation Card, Certificate etc.

Ms-Excel- 

it is the second important Software of Ms- office Package. Friends it performs Arithmetic or logical Calculations. We Can Divide Excel in two parts- First One is Basic Excel and Second One is Advance Excel .

In This Course Exam is Organised By VMOU University, Kota, Rajasthan. 100 Marks Paper is  taken in two parts one is Internal Practical Exam of 30 Marks and Second is 70 Marks MCQ 

Based Exam. 

After passing the exam students get certificate from university. Which is compulsory capability 

for Selective Rajasthan State Government jobs.
